2MP CCTV Upgrade Installation in LaindonAhmet
The customer for this residential 2MP CCTV Upgrade Installation in Laindon got in touch with us after her dated analogue system had failed.
Living at home on her own, she knew the importance of having a working CCTV system. Aware of new technologies available other than analogue, she decided to contact us to upgrade her existing system and replace it with Digital IP CCTV. We reassured her that we no longer install Analogue systems anymore either, so the new system would be IP CCTV and would require new cabling all together.
We established that four cameras would still be required as that’s what she had before. The owner was on a budget and wanted a better picture that what she had but at a price she could afford. We suggested our ‘Entry Level‘ system which would be much better than what she already had. We also offered to remove the existing system and tidy up the install compared to what she had (see pictures).
On completion of the installation, we delivered our tutorial and left the customer with our custom in house Quick User Guide.
