The customer for this residential 4K IP CCTV Installation in Epping got in touch with us after being the victim of a burglary whilst she was away on holiday.
Her home was being refurbished at the time and she was alerted of the break-in whilst on her holiday. She wanted the latest resolution system to secure his newly refurbished home and had been to our website before to see our offerings. Our 8MP 4K IP CCTV Range was the ideal solution for this property with the addition of Micro SD Cards inside the cameras too, this mean that the footage was always being kept secure – even in the unlikely event of the NVR (recorder) being stolen.
We established that four cameras would be most suited in this scenario to ensure all angles and entry points were covered. The customer placed her order securely via our website and chose an installation date of her choice. We then arrived on the day and performed the installation of a 4x Camera 4K UHD IP Hikvision CCTV System in just one day. We only perform one installation per day, so there was no rushing this one.
On completion of the installation, we delivered our tutorial and left the customer with our custom in house Quick User Guide.
