The home owner already had a wireless Arlo CCTV system but soon learned that he could not rely on the wireless connectivity or batteries of that system and as such wanted a professionally installed, hardwired CCTV system.
The customer estimated that three cameras were required for his property so was able to select the system matching his budget and place an order online via our secure website. On the day of installation, we carried out an assessment and advised the customer that a fourth camera would provide a much better coverage of the property all round. As we also operate a fixed price structure, the difference in cost from three to four cameras was the same if he had purchased that to begin with via our website.
