We were asked to quote a customer for an Alarm Installation in Southend. The customer found us on Facebook after seeing our 5* reviews and wanted to get a second quote following the quote they had received from a local company.
The installation required was for a total of 5 x PIR (room sensors), 2 x Door Contacts, 2 x Wire Free Keypads and a remote control key fob.
The previous quote the customer received was for £650 + VAT with the requirement they also took out a yearly ‘maintenance plan‘ that costs £70 + VAT. So the first year would have cost the customer £864 then a compulsory yearly fee of £84.
