We were asked to complete a CCTV Installation at a Farm located in North Benfleet, Essex. The customer found us on Facebook after seeing our 5* reviews and after having spoken to another company, decided that they wanted to use the services of CCTV Aware.
The farm consisted of 2 main buildings, 8 barns and other areas of vulnerabilities. A ‘fixed price’ system was not suitable for this type of installation as wireless senders / receivers also needed to be installed so that the cameras could be placed on remote barns across the farm, but all be viewed from the main workshop area in the middle.
For this installation, we recommended the use of
3 x Hikvision Varifocal Bullet cameras.
5 x Hikvision EXIR (Extended IR) Bullet Cameras
7 x Ubiquiti Nanostation’s
Several POE based network switched to power the cameras and provide a network across the farm. The results meant the family based owners could view the entire vicinity of their farmland from one convenient location. – We are due to return to this installation to carry out a rural 4G internet connection installation for remote viewing capability.
