CCTV Installation Upgrade in Ingatestone
The customer for this residential CCTV Installation Upgrade in Ingatestone got in touch with us after having issues with his existing CCTV system.
He had previously installed a basic CCTV system himself that had failed after just 6 months due to both a poor installation and components. We visited the customer and advised on the situation of his current system and recommended a new installation as this would have been much more cost effective in the long term, rather than trying to patch and fix the existing DIY system. The customer could see the benefit of CCTV and with the increase of burglaries in the local vicinity, he knew that having a system that was reliable and worked was crucial for deterring criminals from his home.
We established that four cameras would be most suited in this scenario to ensure all angles and entry points were covered. The customer then placed his order securely via our website and chose an installation date of his choice. We arrived on the day and performed the installation of a 4 x Camera (2MP) Hikvision CCTV System in just one day. We only perform one installation per day, so there was no rushing this one.
On completion of the installation, we delivered our tutorial and left the customer with our custom in house Quick User Guide.
