The customer for this Commercial CCTV Installation in Hounslow, London was recommended to us by her daughters who have both benefited from our services.
Her premises, a Pub and Thai Restaurant in West London was home to a twenty year old analogue CCTV system that was no longer fit for purpose. We were asked to visit the premises and conduct a full CCTV assessment with a view of upgrading the twenty year old system currently in place. It was obvious that the benefit of CCTV in a premises this large was crucial for the safe running of the business for both her staff and customers alike. In addition to this, a requirement for her licence.
Following a survey of the premises, it was established that the exterior of the premises would benefit from sixteen cameras combined with a PTZ (Pan Tilt Zoom) camera with vehicle and pedestrian tracking features in the front car park area to work in conjunction with the static cameras.
The interior of the premises was split across two floors and included the main bar area. A further sixteen cameras were also recommended to provide full coverage.
The installation of thirty-two cameras was booked in for a total of four days from start to finish and was completed on time and within budget. Early starts were arranged with the owner to minimise disruption to the running of the business.
On completion of the installation, we delivered our tutorial and left the customer with our custom in house Quick User Guide.
