The customer for this Commercial CCTV Installation in Leigh-on-Sea got in touch with us after finding us on Google.
He was the owner of two commercial properties (Dental Practices) and required an upgrade for an existing system at one premises in Benfleet as well as a new installation of eight cameras for the other premises in Leigh-on-Sea. He made contact with us and explained his situation and asked if we were able to conduct this installation whilst causing minimal disruption to his business. As business owners ourselves, we realise that having works carried out within a working premises can be daunting when you have customers visiting and going about their day to day appointments. We were able to split the work on both premises across two days to cater for this.
The owner had already had identified that he required eight cameras in total. Four inside and four outside to cover key areas of entry. He knew we operated a fixed price policy and this was no different. With this, the customer was able to order his system online via our website and chose the installation date that suited his business requirements at the same time. Some of the work was carried out when the premises was closed to customers, in order to minimise the disruption.
On completion of the installation, we delivered our tutorial and left the customer with our custom in house Quick User Guide.
