COVID-19 Update (January 2021)
As we head into the 3rd National Lockdown in the UK, we want to reassure all of our existing and new customers that we are still operating throughout this period as advised by the Government guidelines.
If you have an installation or service date booked, this still remains in place and we look forward to serving you in a safe and approved manner.
What are we doing?
Personal Protective Equipment for our staff
We provide all staff with gloves, and emphasise that they do not replace proper hand hygiene, which is one of the most effective protections from COVID-19. In line with current recommendations from health authorities, we have also provided our staff with face masks and are urging that they use them for their protection and the protection of those around them.
Prioritising Good Hygiene Practices
We are providing continuous reminders about good hygiene practices and supporting our staff with necessary resources. For instance, ensuring every staff has their own personal hand sanitizer and reminders to wash hands frequently whilst at your property.
Supporting Social Distancing
Understanding one of the most common ways this virus spreads is between people who are in close contact with one another, we have taken measures to ensure our staff maintain appropriate distance to avoid close contact. Installers spend 80-90% of the day outside alone, so they are not in the confines of your home. However, when they are – they are reminded to maintain a safe distance. We use contactless payment methods, including Apple Pay and BACS to assist with your outstanding balance.
