Important customer information regarding COVID-19


With the developing situation around the outbreak of the Novel coronavirus, COVID-19, we have taken a proactive approach to the potential challenges placed on our supply chain, staff, families, and customers.

We know that you may be also concerned about COVID-19 over the coming weeks and months. We want to take this opportunity to tell you about a number of initiatives that we have already put in place regarding this.

In order to minimise the risk of spread, we are not taking any new bookings for installations, service requests or call outs. We will still serve those customers who currently have dates booked during March & April, but this will be subject to review on a daily basis with this fast-moving situation and as such, we will keep our customers updated as the situation develops.

Currently, all new bookings made via our website will be given dates from 1st May 2020 onwards.

For those who have bookings throughout March & April, our installers will not greet you with the usual hand shake. Our installers will all carry hand sanitizers and will use these frequently throughout the day. This is to protect both them and you from any potential spread.
