This is a notice that there will be an increase in our CCTV + Alarm installation pricing to take effect from 1st September 2021.
Since January 2014, when CCTV Aware was formed it has seen ever increasing costs for materials. Including computer chips, copper and shipping that has affected the cost of providing a service to our customers.
In 2017, as we grew – we were legally required to become VAT registered. This meant that without increasing costs, we were instantly taking a 20% loss on all of our products and services, in order to maintain the cost structure for our customers.
However, since the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020, combined with Brexit and the regular annual inflation costs – we have seen continued increases in shipping, materials and the cost of living.
We will therefore be adjusting our pricing structure for the first time since 2014. The pricing of our fixed price structure will remain, but VAT will not be included in the previously advertised price. This means that an adjustment of 20% will be made to all of our products and services from 1st September 2021.
The increase helps us ensure our commitment to providing the very best products and services for our customers.
